It was clean and cozy. Needed room key to get into the elevator to get to rooms which made it feel safe. We booked a non smoking room but when we checked in they didn’t have any so had to settle with a smoking room. Tv didn’t work but overall got the job done.

The stench of dirty carpet and cigarette smoke is enough to gag you. When I finally got a room I turned the heat and it set off the smoke alarm. I got another room and asked them to comp one night. They only comped the "resort" fee. The shower did not have a complete door on it so water splashed all over the floor. For Arizona Charlie's to call this a resort is a joke!

I walked into hotel registration located in the gambling machines.. a thick smoke filled the hall and I almost passed out waiting for them to get our keys. The rooms are ok.. no room service or cleaning service ., we were told we have to ask to clean the room and no one showed up with clean towels we requested l. No one cares that there are guess there, I will never go again.. what’s up with all the smoking and exposing everyone to these roxic fumes ?

Dated roach motel.
Front desk upon arrival was simply rude. Had a roach scurrying by front desk while checking in, found 2 more in our room. Wall paper in bathroom on the verge of peeling off. Shower faucet dripping constantly, and has a very slow drain the tops of feet covered in water by the end of the shower. Room is very dated, for the $ should have stayed somewhere/anywhere else. Would definitely not return for another stay.
