Great hotel, really good staff highly recommend staying here. The only slight issue is the location. It's a bit of a walk to main parts of the city but don't let that out you off because the quality of the hotel makes up for that

The hotel was stylish and clean. Location was very convenient for sight seeing or catching the train. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The Library and Bar were great places to relax.

Really enjoyed our stay lovely hotel. Breakfast was very good. We were unfortunate to have very noisy drunk people stay across the hall from us so we had an Interrupted sleep. The staff spoke to them at some point in the middle of the night which helped. Very clean stylish hotel would recommend.

We had an excellent 4 night stay over the Christmas period whilst visiting family in Glasgow. The service was friendly and professional. I also paid for parking which was super convenient given the crazy parking restrictions Glasgow now has. A great location for walking around the city with plenty of restaurants nearby. Christmas dinner was excellent - the perfect balance of excellent food and atmosphere. I will certainly be staying again.

Room was stunning

We booked the executive room - it was stunning! It felt luxurious and we really enjoyed our stay. The bed was so comfortable and the room was clean as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. One downside is the chrome cast on the tv didn’t work, we wanted to play music from our phone and watch Netflix but we couldn’t do this. The staff were great and someone came to our room to try fix this for us but no luck. They said the technical staff were on holiday so it couldn’t be fixed. It would have been nice to be given a complimentary breakfast or a discount for our next stay or just something to apologise for this inconvenience as we had booked the room just to chill for the night and with this feature being down it was a bit disappointing as we paid a lot for an upgraded room. Other than this our stay was great and I would book again.
