Don’t stay here.
Absolutely awful. They made us sleep in our car til 5am even though we had a reservation covering the day before and the day of. The staff is rude and intrusive. They knocked on our door at all hours. When I went to dispute the stay they had manipulated the check in time to 3:30 am instead of 5 am. The manager promised to call me to rectify the issue, but then never called. They told me I could have a late check out, then when I checked out the poor girl told me that they don’t even do late check outs and there were no notes regarding this. I had to dispute with hotels.com and they needed up refunding me my stay. Worst.

Poor Service Recovery - Poor Room
I booked my room 2+ weeks out and when I arrived late was put into a smoking room. I was told they had nothing else and that my request was just a request. Additionally, I was told the room did not smell that bad, which was totally incorrect. The room stunk of stale cigarettes and there were ash burns all of the floor. I requested some kind of refund on the room rate and was told this wasn't possible other than cancelling my room and not staying there. Look, I understand this is a relatively inexpensive hotel just off the strip in Vegas, but this was a horrible experience. I left with clothes that stunk of smoke. I can't imagine staying here again.

The floors needed to be replaced. The bathroom floor was in need of replacement, the trim was warped from water damage. The shower curtain was old, the shower had black marks on floor. It looked and i felt dirty. I stayed at motel 6 before this was horrible

As soon as I walked into the lobby to check in, I wanted to leave. Unfortunately I had no other options at the time. It was obviously in a poor part of town due to the necessity of an armed security guard on premises. The room with 2 queen beds did not have room for our luggage. The condition of the bathroom was questionable. I refused to use the " shower" choosing to wait until I returned home 300 miles later.
