Out of the three guest elevators, only one was functional. The lobby was warm. I was happy with my room. It was cool and clean.

I was pleased.
It was great. The only downfall was the fact that 1 of 3 elevators worked, but that didn't make the experience a bad one. For the price I can wait on an elevator. Service was great and their bartender Josue or Jose in the pool area did great as well. I'll be staying there again.

To start the process off I called the hotel directly 3 times to make sure the amount of money I needed at check in I was told "2 rooms $627" like I said 3 times I was told that same amount. Get to the front desk and ended up having to pay $300 more because of 2 rooms. Get through that they didn't care I was told a different amount so I paid because no refunds. Fine on to the elevators only 2 elevators were working in the whole 19 floor hotel 1 elevator was the service elevator. The wait to get off the 5th floor was 20-45 minutes every time. To make the wait for the elevator better there was no AC in the hallways and spotty in the casino so you feel the 108°. Then you finally get to your room the room was clean ish there was mold in the bathroom ceiling and around the tub. The beds were comfortable the only thing good in this place. Only working ice machine in the hotel was on the 3rd floor. The pool hours are posted as 9-7 the pool closed at 6pm night 1 at 4night 2 and was only open for 2 hours yesterday. I had to pay $25 a person to swimm in the pool at the MGM across the street. The the food places Hooters and stake and shake only excepted card good thing we are in Vegas and need cash for everything we do. The little store was closed most of the time. The bar did give us buy 1 get 1 margaritas. I would stay at circus circus before I would stay in this hotel ever again

None of the elecator were working, only one seevice elevator could be used but never used it becaise it was busy all the time so we had to use the staris all the stay. Pool was closed 2 of the 3 days we were there, the ice machine was not workimg on our floor.. hireibke stay. Wll never ever stay here again

Staff is kind and helpful. We were aware of elevators being serviced so only 1 was functional. Service elevator aval or stairs if necessary. We were also aware of nearby construction/ demolition of Tropicana. So if you select strip view, thats what you see. The pool area is fun, deck lights, loungers, fun Vegas photo op mural - and the dj is great! The convenience store inside has a lot and is open 24.7 . The Steak & Shake restaurant is delicious! We ate breakfast at Hooters, staff is fun and kind, good experiences, and decent pricing. Deb was our favorite coffee gal - she is inside caribou- greeted us every morning and remembered our drink! Overall, even though the elevators slowed things, we had a good experience. Little dated, but we felt safe, it was quiet at night.

All elevators were down. Had to take service elevator and that was a hit and miss. Took stairs most of the time. Bags of dirty sheets sitting at my room door all night, carpets stained and dirty. The front staff desk were not kind, guests were unimportant, got that vibe from 4 of them. They did not give much info on what they offered. I went to 4 floors looking for ice, none of the machines worked. This place is definitely a no no.

My family and I stayed on the 9th floor and we had a baby with us with 3 other children under the age of 10. We had a hard time transferring our luggage from the 9th floor to the 1st floor to check out and so we all had to use the stairs due to elevators both broken! 2 elevators broke down and 1 of them had a family member stuck in as well. Ugh! What a nightmare this trip was.

At least there was a bed....
Dirty towels were left in a pile by the door, shower handle was broken, shower was dirty, power strip hanging on the wall looked like trash and didnt work. Room was in sub par condition, we ignored the lack of furniture and the crusty A/C unit as we needed a bed to sleep in and we had that. When we checked in, they collected a $300 security deposit and did not inform us that the elevators were out of order. They also put us in the 12th floor, so that would have been nice information to have. The service elevator worked until saturday night. Which in turn forced all guests to use the stairs, all 19 floors of guests.

All elevators were out of control and one service elevator was working but there were lots of people waiting. I’d needed to go up to the 10th floor with luggage by stairs. When I was gonna check out next morning, all elevator still weren’t working, I wanted to call the front but the phone in the room was broken. I want to get refund.

Elevators always broken, all three were broken. Had to use the facilities elevator, which took forever for every lift. Toilet malfunctioned too

Room was extremely dirty. Ac unit clearly is never dusted and had the thickest layer of dust, shower/tub never looked like it was cleaned, room floor was just as dirty, toilet corrosion then the toilet water was running / self flushing each 15 mins while the fire alarm was pulled the security said it was a false alarm to only be told to exit the hotel anyway. Also the #1 thing which finding extremely unsafe was there being only 1 elevator / 1 service elevator in use to then being down to the single service elevator causing major lines in pathways to all elevators/stairs.
