Room was not fully cleaned when i checked in. Huge white stain on one of the sofas. Had to ask someone to remove it from our room because they wanted to send someone down to steam clean it while we were there! The water turned off the whole 3rd night of our stay!!! The hotel did not notify anyone. Had to call the front desk at 6am and all they said was there was a water emergency???? We should have been compensated our resort fees or a night. No water use of sink and toilet for a whole night is ridiculous!!!

In our room, the curtains to the view of the strip were being held together with a chip clip, yes you read right, a chip clip. The soda machines on the floors were not working. Paid for our room in advance, but they still held a deposit for the same cost of the entire stay. They charge for the coffee pods and bottled water in the rooms.The last night we were there they turned off the water from midnight to 7am.Tried to take a shower around 7:45 and there was no hot water.

I should have done more research. This property is not located on the strip. You cannot walk to the strip from Palms. The room which was the basic king room did not come with a microwave, mini fridge or coffee pot. The shower drain was clogged however they sent someone right away to snake the drain. I had to call housekeeping to come clean the shower after the plumber finished up. Although the staff were nice and professional I expected a lot more. Perhaps that’s on me. However I can now advise, THOROUGHLY review the property details and amenities. When in doubt, call the hotel.
