Reception guy doesn't speak English, rude, and asked for a credit card to pay the room which was already paid online. When I explained this, he took the keys from my hand and started helping the next one in line, wow!, after that I did give him my credit card (I did not have another choice) and got charged for the room one more time. Later on we met the owner and he apologized about the double charge and reimbursed my money. Also, when I checked out, I asked to use the restroom and this guy kept being rude about anything we need.
