Room looked great and was nice however service was just horrible. I tried ordering room service via the QR code in the room and it took 3 hours for it to arrive to my room when they originally estimated 40 min. I called after waiting 2 hours and was told there was a system error and I would see my food in about 20 minutes however, I still waited a whole other hour to make a total of 3 hours. I also ordered a fruit bowl and the Raspberries had mold inside of them, honestly for the cost this was not such a great experience.
