Air conditioning was on low went to change and batteries were flat in both, everytime we walked out the front entrance for transport there were people everywhere smoking. The level of cleanliness in the room was ordinary. POD machine coffee only and cups wouldn’t fit under the machine. First world problems I know but when u pay the dollars you get expect something better.

Parking $45 a day on the property which seemed a good deal compared to public car parks. Suite comfortable, clean, quiet, well equipped for long term stay, and functional. Bathroom could do with a refresh. Easy walk to the river and eating options are varied in the area. Helpful staff. Well equipped gym and there’s a pool.

My son had an electric shock . Fortunately he wa safe. I reported to the receptionist. They came and fixed it . They didn’t explain why it was happened . Why they didn’t check any unsafe issues before we entered to the room. They didn’t apologise.

Overall the stay was good however bathrooms were a little dirty and we requested the king beds to be split but they were not so I had my 16 and 13 year old daughter and son respectively share a bed which thankfully they made work but we're not thrilled with. We also had 6 people staying but only 5 bath towels and no face towels. Minor problems and was fine for a 1 night stay. Pallet cafe downstairs though was unbelievably great

My first disappointment was the spa was broken for my entire 2 night stay. My bedroom television had no reception.. not able to watch in bed 😏 the fridge didn’t self close so the dairy goods I put in for the next day spoiled. I was on my own and this made these things even more annoying. The indoor pool water temperature was also cold. 👎👎👎

Quality apartment in a great location
I stay at Meriton Suites often when I travel for work around the country but this was my first time staying at the Adelaide Street one. The location was ideal for both my business meetings and also for the riverside food and entertainment areas. Price for a 2.bedrooom apartment was very reasonable and had all the amenities required for a self catering business stay.
