The Hotel Lisboa Plaza is a nice quaint hotel in a quiet side street, close to amenities and a few minutes walk to the nearest metro station. Ths staff were very helpful and polite and the rooms and hotel were very clean. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice and even a chocolate fountain. The roof terrace was also a very pleasant place to sit in the nice weather. The area is good, with designer shops, and a few eating places anx is only a 10 minute metro ride to the main town and port. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

All team members we encountered were courteous, helpful and pleasant. Though an old property, it was well maintained. easy access to transportation, shopping and restaurants. It is easy walk to Rossio square and praca de comercio. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff lovely the only issue was the smell in our room. The drains are very smelly and wasn't nice to come home to after a long day. Apart from that sdaff, rooms, breakfast, drinks everything was lovely.

This hotel was a real find! It is kept exceptionally clean and the staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The room size was perfectly adequate for us. There's shampoo, shower gel, soap and body lotion provided and the shower is lovely and powerful. There's aircon and the windows open wide for those who love a bit of fresh air!.There is a comfortable lounge area on the ground floor where you can purchase freshly made snacks and drinks. The roof terrace is a relaxing area to sit after a long day of exploring. There's a little bar which I think must be seasonal so we brought our own drinks up there to enjoy the evening sunset. The location of the hotel is ideal for those who enjoy exploring on foot. It is walking distance to the Old Town, the castle, museums, etc. Also, there are numerous shops, markets, cafes & restaurants nearby. Please note: try to avoid the airport taxis if you can! They will rip you off!! It should cost max 15-20 Euros to get to the hotel (approx 4miles). Airport taxis charge in excess of 45 Euros.

The location is great and the service is also good. The rooms are old. But let me be clear the people at the hotel are incredibly professional. The breakfast was amazing. They have an outdoor car parking in the back. In my opinion the rates for the rooms are too high, even for its location.
