Great location to the metro, shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very attentive and friendly. We used the metro (Parques) everyday and it was around the corner from the hotel. Staff was friendly, the only thing was that they ran out of tissue paper so I had to go buy some myself next door at the grocery market. It’s was also conveniently located next to a grocery store. I would recommend to family and friends.

The breakfast was excellent but the meals at night in the hotel restaurant was not great. They undercooked the hamburgers even though we asked for well done. They were very slow in taking our orders and bringing us the bill.

Very nice and clean hotel . Amazing staff . I highly recommend this hotel . Ramiro in the front desk was very kind . We arrived at the hotel at 4:00 o clock in the morning and he offered to make coffee for us.

A great base in Lisbon for sightseeing. Very clean and well equipped rooms. The only negative was a very slow bar service on the terrace.
