A brief stay for business. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The man at reception even came to my table in the evening to give me a print of my invoice. Food and service in the restaurant was very good and at normal hotel prices. My room was clean and well appointed. I will stay again.

The hotel looks good but there are underlining signs lack of staff current staff over worked. Poor customer service. Booked through Expedia who failed to make booking which was a really inconvenient when we arrived. Not the hotel or booking platformā€™s finest hour. Itā€™s ok to get things wrong but itā€™s how you put it right that matters and both establishments blamed each other the present customer suffers and I am putting this out there so future customers donā€™t have to! In a nutshell donā€™t use Expedia to book a hotel!
