very good hotel overall, the only reason i didn't give it 5* was an issue with the bar/ restaurant team. paid for the drinks but never got it despite several reminders was completely ignored by the staff. was never refunded, so had to dispute transaction which is easy with US banks, not sure what ...

Great hotel in good location, clean and warm. Breakfast was ok if you took a la carte option but buffet a bit hit and miss
