Super comfortable and convenient. Ckassy decor.
This stay was perfect. I needed to be close to the river for walks along East and West Beach. Pribabky couldne be closer. The room was immaculately clean and very thoughtfully furnished, and supplied with toiletries, drink options and snacks. The bathroom was very modern and the whole layout was clever use of 2 small rooms. You get your key from a keysafe and come snd go as you please. Owners available if needed. They let me in early as i spoke to them in advance, but i never actually met them.

Yes good hotel to stay in would recommend. Love the self check in style. Close to waterways and beach. Room is spacious and comfortable with lovely large comfy bed for a good night's rest. Would stay again no problem.

My wife & I only had a brief stay at Regency but it was exactly what we needed & for a reasonable price. Comfortable bed, cozy room that was uniquely decorated. They provided several 'extra touches', such as a little box full of menus, pamphlets for local establishments & the owner's recommendations for restaurants, as well as a few snacks alongside tea/coffee. The neighborhood seemed nice, and we were close to many amenities. Finding parking was difficult as the streets were full, but there is a reasonably priced lot across the street that is free for at least part of an overnight stay. The only negative was that the room wasn't very soundproof (we were on the 2nd floor & could hear a lot of voices & walking around upstairs early in the morning), but it was a minor inconvenience. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

What a shame. I thought the room was lovely and the location was good for parking. However, I did have an issue with the heating that was not on and I reported it. The lady said that it was on a timer and it will come on but it did not. I was cold all night and in the morning If this was fixed it would have been a lovely day. They even had oat milk although there could have been a little bit more and biscuits and crisp all free. The TV was a really good size and the hotel was quiet

Looks can be deceiving - I read a previous review from someone who refused to stay here when they first saw the property from the outside, well boy, did they miss out! What an amazing place! Clean, quiet, comfortable & great location. I stayed in room 9 & it had been refurbished to a really high spec, with great view from the windows out to sea. Will definitely stay again. The only downside was the difficulty accessing the lockbox & stubborn lock to the door to my room.
