I had a wonderful stay at City hotel. It was a great location which was convenient and close to all the attractions i was visiting. The check in process was very quick and the staff were very friendly and kind. They were even nice enough to upgrade my room to a larger one which was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was a bit crowded but it had enough options and was pleased with it. Overall a great stay!

Great hotel in a great location. Ljubljana is at your fingertips when staying here. Breakfast was super with a huge offering and the staff was always pleasant. Only negative is the room a/c could’ve gotten a little cooler. :(

Initially there was a problem with my room and they changed my room promptly the following day. The hotel is very central and is walkable to all the tourist sights. The hotel is a typical tourist hotel and it serves its purpose well. Despite being busy, it was quite. The breakfast was good and the room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is at a very convenient location close to the hustle and bustle and yet not right in it so it's relatively calm and quiet. However, this is only when they are not to play loud music on their terrace. If you happen to be staying over the weekend, then the music could go on till 10 in the evening. The personnel there could be slow and nonchalant. Not the most welcoming bunch.

A super location, just a few minutes walk from the Old Town, the bus/train station and the Skyscraper. Couldn’t have been better. Gorgeous terrace to sit, read, have a drink, or take your breakfast to. Fabulous breakfast buffet with a small Slovenian section with honey and cheese. Generous rooms too.

We stayed in the signature suite for 2 nights after arriving by bus from the airport. The hotel is easy walking distance from the bus station and very close to all the main areas you want to visit in the city. Our suite was fantastic with 2 double beds, large bathroom plus additional toilet and a wrap around balcony with amazing views. Breakfast was really lovely - lots of choice. Would definitely recommend the hotel!

Very warm welcome from staff at City Hotel, who were knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations. Room was spaceous, light and clean and all the amenities we required were there. Location was convenient. Some noise from pub across the road but not a big deal and never that late. Nice to have the terrace and the push to be greener/environmental was good. Also very useful that booked tours picked up from outside. Only issue was positioning of coffee machines at breakfast as there could be queues packing things up (depending on the time). Would be happy to stay here again.
