Booked this as it stated excellent. I arrived and there was a young child on the desk who said someone be along shortly. 10 minutes passed and i had to go find someone. I was given key and told where room was and that was it. Middle of the night a phone i didnt know was there starts ringing extremely loud! Woke me up and stopped. Taken me ages to get to sleep and it rings again this time constantly. I answered and nothing! Over an hour passed before i was able to sleep again. On waking i went to take a shower and could not get it to work. Apparently i was given a room with no working shower just a bath. I should have been told about this when i checked in but wasnt! Was not impressed by this at all and will not be using this hotel again.

It was average , condition of room was a bit run down. No drop off point for suitcase , breakfast a bit poor just warm , and under cooked on the last day. Although staff were polite would not book again.
