Nice hotel and great services - with Starbucks too
Hotel was great, very nice, staff friendly and services good including pool and relaxation services. only issue was i have a brand new car and someone dented my door on the hotel guest/gym parking areas. not the hotel fault but maybe wider parking spaces would have helped. a bit annoyed about the car dent but what can you do! nice having Starbucks on site too

I was here for a full week and on arrival i had to pay for parking. Plus on the Wednesday when i returned to the room i found that my room door was left open from the cleaners and when i went down to the reception they did not seam to be bothered about the issue. I could of lost all of my belonging as they were still in the room which is shocking.

Not the best Room
We book two rooms for ourselves, and our family. The hotel was ok, but instead of a nice view of the sea, our room was looking at a big black box with hill at the back of the hotel. The shower head couldn’t be adjusted, and kept swinging to the left soaking the bathroom floor and hopeless to get showered. The sofa next to our two single beds had dubious stains. But the worst part, we were woken at 6.15am with what can only be described as the loudest house music with a thumping beat, plus someone shouting at decibels. We called reception who apologized because our room was situated over spin class!! It went on for an hour! I’d never want to stay at this hotel ever again. To be fair, the reception staff and restaurant staff were brilliant! No complaints there.

The hotel is in need of a upgrade. The rooms are tired and so are the communial areas. Rooms in the top floor have issues with damp. The staff do an amazing job and were superhelpfull at every turn. Property lets everything down.

Village hotel Swansea.
It was a good stay but as I am allergic to caffeine I was disappointed that there was no decaf tea available luckily I did bring some but not enough. And first hotel we have stopped in that didn’t have biscuits on tray in the room. And breakfast on Saturday morning wasn’t very warm but much better on Sunday. But I suppose we can’t have everything There were Cobwebs under picture on the wall in dining room.
