Exceeded Expectations!
Beautifully laid out home with plenty of room to have meals together, cook together, watch tv, and okay games but still have privacy with bedrooms and bathrooms. Great location with ease to beach, boardwalk, and the best ice-cream place in Long Branch! We didn’t mind at all but there are a lot of stairs. Good to know with older folks or little children. Happy to recommend anyone stay at Ray’s property.

A prime spot on the Jersey Shore. This house was absolutely perfect. Ray is almost instant in answering any questions you may have during your stay.

Beautiful house, well located for Jersey Shore vacation
Kitchen was well equipped and stocked with oils, spices, etc. Plastic wear for the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels. Probably has some extra sunshine if you need it. Across the street from a beautiful beach. 2 doors from Strollo's Italian ices. Nicholas creamery ice cream out the back gate as is newest Windmill hot dogs -- so good Bike rental Peddlars 2 blocks. Boardwalk starts 3 blocks away. Best restaurant, Rooney's, is 5 blocks away. Ferry to Manhattan is 15-20 min away. Folks loved the ferry. Train to NYC closer but longer ride. Large ShopRite with excellent bread bakery 5 min away. Hot Bagel Bakery --excellent bagels-- 15 min. We are already thinking about next year.

Great Vacation Home
The house was spotless upon arrival, was equipped with all amenities one would if you own the home yourself. It was a great house in a great location at the beginning of the Jersey Shore in an Area that is really becoming a jersey shore destination with top of the line restaurants and shops. The property owner (Ray) was attentive and available the entire time we were there. I would highly recommend the house and look forward to summer vacation 2023 there.

Lovely Family Vacation Home
Perfect family vacation experience! Lovely, immaculate home with sophisticated beach decor. Very spacious and bright Linens were of high quality and beds very comfortable. Ray is a wonderful host, focused on details, easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The location across from the beach was perfect. Cute play set in fenced in backyard for our littles to enjoy. Italian bakery, pizzeria, bagels and liquor store within walking distance. We will be back!

Beautiful house, great location.
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house! The location was great, very easy access to the beach and unlimited trips to Strollos :) The house is just as pictured, bright and sunny. They provided toys for my children and we had all the towels and basic kitchen items we needed. My only con is that there are many stairs in this house and it was tricky to keep our toddler contained. If you have small children or any elderly adults with mobility issues, you may want to rethink. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. Ray was very friendly and an attentive host!
