Office and common area has been nicely redone. However, person at the front desk was disinterested in customers service. The bathroom in the room needed to have more attention to details as far as cleaning is concerned. Sidewalks and parking area needed to be pressure cleaned

The photos online are completely deceiving, the pool is small, there was no hot tub, the rooms have the same features but the “queen” beds are only doubles, the floor was so dirty after my shower the bottom of my feet were black just walking from the bathroom to the bed! There was a dirty yellow tissue that fell out when I moved my pillow.

Rooms are not created equal. My AC unit was very noisy. Stayed in a room facing PCH and traffic was noisy. The doors are sticky and can hear other guests opening and closing doors. I have also stayed in the building across the street same hotel and it was also very noisy.

The check in clerk, Tom, was absolutely amazing! Tom was super friendly and kind and made our family feel so welcome at check in! 10/10 would stay here just for Tom.

Airport pickup service is poor. Only hourly schedule. No mention on website that you need to call to get bus to come. Lots of wasted time. Also completed on-line check in but was told on arrival that it was a waste of time and had to check in manually anyway.
