Close to public transport. No issues with cleanliness. Plenty of Restaurants walking distance. Only missed out on 5 stars as some of the power outlets and USB were not working so couldnt charge multiple devices at once

They need to offer breakfast again. The price seemed high for the value. Street and Highway noise was troublesome. Staff was nice but uninformed. Had to take Uber because the shuttle didn’t show up on time.

The shuttle picked me up at the airport and dropped me off at the wrong hotel (they have an alliance with other hotels). I had to get an uber from the wrong hotel since no one would help me get to the right hotel. I arrived at 1pm and I could not check in early which is no problem but asked to store my luggage while I went out. I was told that I could store it only until 3pm which make any excursion very tight and disruptive. The shuttle back to the airport the following day was a fail also and I ended up calling an uber. Everthing else was pretty average and no complaints.

Disappointed…!!
The room smell stinky like urine..!! Front door area wasn’t cleaning also and have the second hand stuffs leaves there and didn’t put into the hotel storage room. In the apps it says have Breakfast but the fact they don’t…!! and the staffs said also to us that they serve breakfast anymore…!! So disappointed…!!

It was an ok stay. There was really nice guy up at the front who helped us out in the beginning. But otherwise, the folks were pretty rude. They acted like we were dumb just because we had questions about shuttle services. There was no hot water most the time, and water pressure was non existent. Towels also had stains on them. Won’t stay here again.

Had a layover at LAX, just needed a place to get a few hours sleep. Loved the free shuttle, to and from airport.. very easy to schedule and timely. The room was spotless and the bed comfy. The evening desk clerk was super friendly, the morning girl although not personable she was efficient. My only word of caution: the hotel is made up of several 2 story buildings, with one being across the street. Our room was in that building and it felt a little sketchy. I would not have felt comfortable walking to the room had I been by myself.
