Awesome Resort
I can’t say enough about the staff. Every member was very kind and pleasant. The food was delicious and the several areas we ate. The Resort was very clean, and the staff constantly cleaned and performed maintenance. We will stay again.

Great option for an all inclusive stay, caters to families and friends, and the ambience is such that there is something for everyone for all ages. Surprisingly food was really good, which is rare at all inclusive properties that run at this scale. Riu night parties were elaborate and so much fun!

Check in wasn’t very informative so I would recommend doing your own research and exploring of the property as it’s very big and offers a lot. There is always something to see or do around the property. My 3 & 6yr olds both loved the pools, food options, slushies and entertainment. There is something for everyone here. The steakhouse is near impossible to get into but the food is great. Overall I recommend the RIU Santa Fe and we will definitely return.

My friend and I needed a quiet getaway, and the Riu Santa Fe didn't disappoint. It was clean, safe, the food was fresh, and there were enough on-site activities to keep us entertained when we weren't lounging. The staff were really accommodating, and we enjoyed having large bottles of filtered water delivered to our room every few days. While the Riu parties happen 4 times per week, our room wasn't close to the action, so they didn't bother us a bit. We observed every age, race, ability, and orientation at the resort and felt right at home. We'll be back for sure!

Great all-inclusive resort in Cabo
I couldn't have been happier with this resort! We were a party of three in a "friends and family" room (with a king bed, queen bed, and sofa bed). This was plenty of room for us. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were a bit too rigid. The value for the room was excellent considering this was an all-inclusive resort. The room is well-stocked with alcohol, water, sodas, and coffee. On the off-chance that you run out of something, you simply call the front desk and they will bring more to your room. There were about 8 restaurants on the very huge property, and all the restaurants serve excellent food. There is always at least one restaurant open from about 0700-2300. The resort grounds were kept immaculately clean. The staff is always busy working. I was so impressed at how everywhere you looked, everything was in top shape. The staff is pleasant and eager to help; excellent customer service is obviously important to this resort. This resort is on the beach with excellent views of Land's End. It's about 2 kilometers away from town; you could walk to town along the beach. Parking is plentiful and free!

The bed was the moat uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. I have stayed at some pretty low class hotels/motels for quick .trip stops ans their beds far exceeded these. The food was not great at all besides breakfast. I am far from.picky but the food was just gross. The property was very clean. They worked very hard on it. Building 7 is only one with elevator and only one with ocean or partial ocean. It was beauitful and rooms were cleaned and stocked well. The hustlers on the beach and evem when you look to the beach from swim up bars are very overwhelming. I wish they had a law they had to stay back so many feet.

We loved our stay at resort, weather was perfect. Food was good, drinks and the fully stocked bar in our room was perfect. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The only inconvenience that we had was that they had no Elevators to our room, 3rd floor! We would definitely return but request first floor!
