Very disappointed
To tell you the truth, I was disappointed in the hotel. It was extremely noisy to 2:30 am in the morning. Way over priced for a one night stay almost $300 after we left your hotel a few miles down we found a Holiday Inn Express for half that price !! . Yes you fixed up the hotel a little why should we pay for all that!! So very disappointed will not stay there again .

If I had to define my stay at Embassy Suites, Hilton East. It would be extreme self-service. from having to trot up the stairs 5 floors because the elevator was out and the amount of guests, especially with children, was overwhelming for the single one. To being told there was a chef contracted to cook on the premises. Then having to trot out to get food because we were told there was no room service. I.E. NO CHEF, NO COFFEE, NO FOOD. We could have stayed in our car in the parking lot and got better service.

We absolutely loved it here! The lobby and lounge area is beautiful and the rooms are nice and comfortable. Breakfast was really good too. The only downside for us was that the pool was deeper than most hotel pools we have swam in and that was upsetting for our kids. The shallow end is 4ft, so parents of littles be better than us and be prepared šŸ˜…

Great stay
The hotel was beautiful, had a open glass elevator, great morning breakfast which you can take to your room. Eating lobby and sitting was open beautifully to a water fountain and elevators to watch people go up and down, it's 6 stories and you can see all the way down in to the open lobby.

Unfortunately this property remodeled and hasnā€™t updated their website to reflect that they no longer have bathtubs which we needed for our baby. The new showers also leaked horribly. Only 1 elevators was working. You also have to request housekeeping services, which was not said at check in. We love embassy suites, but definitely not our best experience.

This is one of my favorite hotels. I hate the construction but itā€™s got the betterment of the facility and customers so itā€™s Necessary. It doesnā€™t last long either so itā€™s OK. 10/10
