Our stay was great but I only gave 4 stars because the bedding was so awful. Very hard scratchy sheets and no heavy blankets on the beds. Just a sheet and the bare thread blanket

Great location subpar rooms
I'll start with the good, it is a beautiful hotel perfectly located in downtown Louisville. It is very clean and classy perfect for a downtown event. The bad. No where was it stated that parking costs $30! My family went to light up Louisville and we choose this hotel so we did not have to deal with parking downtown and assumed that parking was included as a guest, I've never had a hotel charge me for parking before and it was not stated any where that it was not free. The room we got had to be the worst room in the hotel! Room 363 if you get it beg for another room! It is situated on the 3rd floor directly between the elevators and the doors for the parking garage. We heard people all night long. There is no microwave in the room and the blankets were an absolute joke they were super thin. Great for a downtown event but I wouldn't recommend it for anything else.

Beautiful property and very convenient location to the arena. Parking was tricky to figure out at first as it was my first time here, but the valet was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction. Wonderful experience, would definitely stay here again.

Was upgraded to a Suite with no charge. Excellent room and amenities. The only issue was the restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner leaving only the “pub” where the menu was limited. Food ok but not the dinner we would like to have had. Excellent access to Yum Center. Highly recommend stay here for any downtown plans.

Everything was amazing. We tried 3 restaurant/ bars there, wonderful tenders! Pretzels, burgers and subs were great also.🙋‍♀️ Easy to get to Yum Center through protective walkway, we saw Pentatonix 💗 they upgraded our room to a suite, we were so very happy
