The room was small considering they seem to stuff it into a corner….. nothing around close at all in an industrial area….. elevators broke so you better not be on the fourth floor are you getting some serious exercise carrying your stuff up….. restaurant was open so no food options there you have to drive a few miles to find stuff Nice overall otherwise

There was no elevator, but the lady at the front desk offered to carry my bags. The room smelled a little funky, but the beds were comfortable and clean. There was a nice big tv, but the sound seemed to carry through the walls, so I felt like I couldn't really turn the volume up. There was no microwave, but there was a nice refrigerator with a freezer. The worst part of my stay is that as I was about to fill the tub for a nice relaxing bath, there was no hot water! I called the front desk and they said they would call someone to check on it. No one ever came, so I called back to find out if they meant right away and they said no, that it would be later. They offered me a coupon for a free breakfast which was nice, but it really doesn’t make up for no hot water. I was able to get cereal, a muffin, and orange juice. They offer hot breakfast, but that was not included on the coupon. There is also no free coffee at this hotel, other than the usual room coffee, which in my opinion doesn’t taste very good. They sell Starbucks coffee in the breakfast area. Would I stay here again? Maybe. Since the beds were comfortable and I was able to get a good night’s sleep, that is high on my priority list.

I enjoyed my stay here but the elevator was broken during my stay. I don't mind taking the stairs but the elevator is more convenient for bringing in luggage. The staff was very helpful in recommending local activities.

The hotel is decent and maybe I’ll come back. I’m a pinch for a quick weekend is not bad. However, their elevator was not working the entire weekend that we stayed there. It seems that they’re not in a rush to fix it though. Luckily, our room was near the rear stairs and the parking lot so it wasn’t too bad. It was just a minor inconvenience walking up with the luggage when we arrived and then bringing it back down when we were leaving. Despite inconvenience, the staff offered us to take it up stairs if we didn’t want to do it ourselves. Additionally, they lacked basic essentials. They just had a bar soap, towels, half empty shampoo and conditioner. The cleaning staff never came to clean up the room and restock. The body wash bottle was completely empty. Luckily, I brought my own. Normally, I don’t. The hotel around the area wasn’t bad. At night, I woke up a few times because you can hear doors slamming from the other rooms and the rear exit. I can also hear heavy steps from the upstairs room. It also seems that in the daytime the hotel is fixing the AC vent. It was not an inconvenience.

Elevator wasn’t working so we lugged luggage up 3 floors, they did offer to make the maintenance guy carry it for us. Hot water went out one day and running brown water, they couldn’t give an ETA for fix. Ended up missing plans because of the water situation, and ended up showering in this water anyways. Very noisy people, I think there are people living in this property. Spoke with Jennifer (sales director) about problems, and she said she would speak with the GM. We still haven’t heard back! If I were the GM I would have been appalled at the feedback I gave them. Will not stay here again, or any other Sonesta most likely. The day we checked it we asked about early check-in, they couldn’t even call us back and say they couldn’t accommodate. When we checked in, they were already talking about hot water heater issues. If this wasn’t prepaid, I would have canceled and went somewhere else. Can’t believe the GM would just ignore my issues because we booked through a third party. Bad customer service, just wanted to be heard and helped.

Elevator is still broken. I was put in a room on the first floor with a seating area right outside the window. I asked to move and was told they thought I'd prefer to be on the ground floor since the elevator was down. Breakfast & coffee aren't included even though the booking makes it seem like it is. Breakfast starts at 7 but I left at 7 and the area was still dark and didn't seem like it was opening up soon. A hotel being advertised as good for business travel should probably have breakfast out earlier than 7am.
