Bad points.£ 10 for swimming not good should be inclusive with room.£15 parking a bit steep. Television controller tape to hold batteries in no cover .One side of bed USB charging point did not work.Bed not great comfort. Good points shower excellent . Beverage tray good .quite room.

It is lovely hotel very close to the city centre. It is a shame that you now have to pay £10 to use the swimming pool and hot tub. These used to be free and this perk was one of the reasons I stayed there. Good buffet style breakfast with lots of choice.

Hotel was lovely been before but check in was awful didn’t believe what I said when they had left the breakfast addition pending on the system and then tried charging me full price till I managed to prove I had done it. Also the additional cost of using the pool isn’t great as a resident

There was no air-conditioning and our windows were bolted shut during a sweltering weekend. Thankfully the staff were more than accommodating and assisted with a dusty fan and unbolting the window. Reception during check in made our stay pleasant and was more than welcoming and went out of their way with complimentary goods.

Awful stay as the entire hotel aircon system was broken, room was crazy hot and it was impossible to sleep. Staff were unhelpful and defensive about the situation - frankly bizarre that they had no idea about how and when the system might be repaired (it wasnt by the following day.) The water also went off for hours the next morning.

Everything was good about this hotel except for the bed which my husband and I found extremely uncomfortable. The duvet was too warm and the air con didn’t work whilst we were staying at the hotel. The staff said it was a known issue.

Really not a good experience I'm afraid. Spent the first evening trying not to listen to the private phone call of the person next door, aircon didn't work, extractor in en suite didn't work, empty shower gel dispenser, lightbulb out and remote control so old all the labels had worn off the buttons. Absolute last straw was the £10 charge for residents to use the pool and sauna. Very poor value for money but friendly staff. Best avoided though.

I stayed here in 2021 when I dropped my child off at uni. It was late at night, but my room wasn't ready. I had to sit in the lobby for 3 hours. Came back in 2024 to pick up my child from uni and my room wasn't ready. Waited in the lobby for 2.5 hours. At least they are consistent. Also- both times staff made me feel it was my fault somehow. Despite that, the location is convenient and the rooms are clean.
