There is no privacy from the bathroom to the room. The space is very noisy. The sliding door did not shut to the bathroom. The floor turned our socks brown. Very overpriced for the quality of the room. My friend stayed in a separate room and her window had a huge crack in it. The windows are made of plastic like material.

I Love Aloft and stay often. This trip to Lubbock the public restrooms by check-in were absolutely nasty the entire 3 day stay. I used them in the morning and the evening. No change. In fact, I am not sure they were ever clean. My husband said the same about the men's restroom. Also, we had a minor issue with the bartender serving others before us.

Great hotel in a really good location. Room was clean and very nice. One thing to take note of: Make sure your window shades work! They’re electronic, so they go up and down via a remote. My remote didn’t work so my blinds were wide open. Not an issue at night but it was a huge issue in the early morning when I’m trying to get that extra bit of sleep and the sun is beating down on me. But that’s my only issue.
