The only thing the hotel had was that it was clean. The staff was not good. When calling for the shuttle, staff was very unhelpful which led us to using Uber more than we planned. One of the main reasons for booking this hotel was its pool and hot tub, which were both closed for our entire stay.

Property was great in a lot of respects (food availability, bar, breakfast) but the ac was leaking on the carpet, the faucet handle came off as well as the closet door handle! Needs some tlc!

Hotel is old and not very clean. Water was lukewarm at best. Hotel is located in an industrial area with nothing in walking distance. For $315 it was a rip off. Stay away!

Hotel was clean and nice. It is a busy place with a lot of groups, not huge groups, so you wait for the elevator a but and to check in. The staff has plenty to do. The road to the airport and downtown is very busy at rush hour and adds a upto 30 minutes to your ride in via shuttle or uber. The hotel shuttle ser vice was great with helpful drivers. It's on a highway so no place to go outside and relax or walk. Very quiet though inside and you can run the room fan without changing the temp, to down out any snoring!

This hotel was just bad. We stayed for one night to be near the airport but they definitely take advantage of people for that proximity. The wallpaper in our rooms was literally peeling off, revealing large growth of mold underneath. The room was damp. They also charged us $20 for parking despite there being plenty of parking in the parking lot, but they take advantage of people flying out from Logan. I called the day before to ask for a late check out and was told we could stay until 1 pm if we asked at check in, but at check in the clerk told us he could only do until 12:30. We ended up leaving early anyway because the mold in the room was triggering my allergies.
