We had a very nice stay at the Westin. We did have to walk through a giant protest of Pro Palestine protesters, which was a little scary and awful. But not the fault of the hotel.

The hotels location was the best ever, the morning check in staff was very pleasant, I believe her name was Tempest. The only issue we had was room service, she stated she was coming and never came. Other than that, everything was great. O! The lady bartender wasn’t friendly at all.

The first night I could not do a shower because they have problems with plumbing in the bathroom then I ask them to move to other room I felt very bad I ask you to return to me the money for one night you should ask the hotel to give me credit for the first night it was trouble

The property is in very poor condition. The rooms are shabby and dated with paint pealing in the bathroom and leaking toilet. The bathroom was also not very clean and was not adequately cleaned by housekeeping during the 5-night stay. Possibly the most egregious feature of the hotel is the $25/night destination fee. This is offset by a $25/night credit for food and beverage in the hotel. This might be tolerable if the hotel food and beverages were not ridiculously overpriced with a poor selection and completely indifferent service. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

The staff was great from the front desk to the valet parking. My biggest complaint and I have mentioned it before is the fact they spray or have their signature scent all over the place. I coughed and had a runny nose until I left the building. It's a good thing kleenex was included in the hefty price tag.
