Absolutely loved our stay. We stayed in the Fairbanks room and it was so comfortable and luxurious. Definitely want to come and stay again. The only thing that was a bit of a pain was finding the Broomfield entrance. The what three words sent us to a different entrance. Other than that the stay was perfect

We stayed in the Shannon room which was clean spacious and characterful. It was just over the courtyard from the restaurant which was very convenient. The restaurant was great with delicious food and the view was superb. The restaurant manager on when we dined was called Will and he was excellent. We were very well attended to and he was super friendly helpful and professional. Overall a very enjoyable stay indeed.

Room was very clean and bigger than expected , good service at reception. Use of facilities on site was an added bonus. Only complaint was that we went and spoke to restuarant about booking table for dinner to be told none available, only to see that restaurant half full when we walked past around 8pm. Everything else excellent and would highly recommend to others.

Top notch service and grounds
The service at this hotel was top notch! We stayed in the stable grounds for 3 nights and we absolutely loved it. The guest services were very polite and helpful. The restaurant food was delicious and the servers were very thoughtful, especially when we needed to bring back food to our room. There is a lot of activities on the grounds for kids to do. The playground is designed like a castle and 4 levels high. There is a boat ride, an obstacle course, train ride, a golf course, a birds of prey exhibit, and much more. We loved our stay here and would definitely be back.
