Disappointing for Crowne.
Very disappointing. Dirty. No effort was made to clean the pool from a previous rain storm. The hallways smell and are dirty. The parking lot super filthy. Usually Crowne hotels are clean and semi luxurious. This was more like a motel 6, even motel 6 would be considered cleaner than this hotel.

Hotel for the young
Overall my stay wasn’t bad, just a few small bumps in the road. Sheets on both beds had stains on them, even the actual box springs had bad stains on them. Saturday night the bar turns into a club, like a real club.

Overall great stay, especially for the price. Was here for a volleyball tournament and the location was great for getting to the convention center, the West End, and restaurants in the area. Service was very friendly and helpful. Was not a fan of closing the restaurant early to set up a night club and the pool was closed while we were there, but other than that, would highly recommend.

Staff was unwelcoming and abrasive and announced my room number to the whole lobby. Air conditioner/heater in the room was extremely noisy. Not really a safe place for Uber drivers to pull up at the front door.
