This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Dallas! If you’re in town for a conference at the convention center then this hotel is affordable and a quick 4min drive away. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room is clean and modern styled. The only thing the room needed was a mirror inside the room. The bathroom has all the mirrors which isn’t helpful when two people share a room and have to get ready. Either way, I would stay here again

Nice hotel. Service at breakfast could be better
Hotel was great in terms of look and comfort and we enjoyed our stay here however when we went down for breakfast on first day we were told to wait for a table which could be at least 15 mins when only half the area was occupied. Another gentlemen then came over and said it would be fine to sit in the area currently empty. Once seated though it took nearly an hour for our food to arrive and this was after asking where it was twice!! Service was better the next day.

Good but a few misses
Nicely renovated and modernized hotel in an older building. Great location convenient to many things. Our only complaint was the road noise as our room faced a main road and engine noise was extremely loud and difficult to sleep through into the night, even with earplugs and loud white noise app. Wish there had been more mirrors as well- only one is located in the bathroom which makes it difficult when someone is occupying that space and you need to get ready simultaneously.

We had a wonderful experience. I believe my partner described the desk attendant, Devinn, as "the nicest person ever". Even when I drunkenly toddled down to the desk to get our door dash at midnight, the desk personnel was so incredibly sweet. The bed was comfy. The shower. Oh my, the shower. I hadn't even planned on washing my hair and ended up taking a 30 minute long shower. The location is top notch to Deep Ellum and downtown. There's a parking garage across the street if you can't swing the valet fee. We love Hotel Indigo!
