I booked this hotel for my business trip. When I checked in at front desk, I was provided a paper with wifi access. As soon as I got to my room, I tried Wifi access and it did not work. When i called front desk, they said they were working on fixing it but didn't know when it will be working. I assumed they would reset it and it would work again. The next day, still not working. I was then told they had no idea when it would be fixed. It appears that they knew they had no Wifi working and didn't want to tell me when I checked in and then initially lied that they were working on fixing. I asked for other options and they had the audacity to tell me to go to starbucks to get wifi access. Ridiculous. I will never be staying here for any of my business trips and have alerted my colleagues as well.

The building is maintained pretty well. It is however due for some upgrading and renovations. The heating in the lobby and hallway was not up to par, especially for winter. Location is good, despite the presence of unfortunate homeless people, there was a lot of security gaurds and police presence in the area. The were also several good places to eat, within a close proximity.

We checked out early and got no refund. I guess you get what you pay for. Dirty, broken sink, gross sticky, nasty hairdryer cracked floor tiles when you turn the shower off and on it sounds like something inside the wall is gonna bust through. so BAD

Good location.

The hotel is clean, and in a very good location. It is clearly not new, but still clean. Wifi is horrible. Forget about it in your room.

This was once a very grand hotel and it is now a bit rough around the edges. It is a wonderful value though. Many rooms are spacious and have a bit of old world elegance. It's a good location and surrounded by many pricier hotels. I'll gladly return.
