Did not receive any housekeeping during my stay. Had to switch rooms since the toilet clogged and got water all over the bathroom and the HVAC door in the ceiling was hanging open. Second room was very nice though. Very noisy area, was kept awake by motorcycles over the weekend.

My wife and I took a trip to Dallas for a convention and figured being close by and walking distance would make things easier - we were wrong. Downtown Dallas isn’t safe, homeless people everywhere outside, no parking so you’re forced to use Valet (which would’ve been nice to know). Bathroom is great if I was a foot shorter and it’s not 4 star hotel quality whatsoever. Stay 10-15 minutes away and you’ll have a much better stay for whatever you do!

This hotel is a must, we understand most hotels constantly upgrade, but catch the great architecture wanders in stone and wood. Modern day materials are great, but to keep such a diamond seperates Dallas as the best hotels around. Magnolia is perfect located acriss streaght from ATT discovery area, exchange and the best dives for food, bars, historical and aquarium, kenedy memorial , so much history to be discovered here. 5 stars

The pictures are deceiving. I can live with out of date style but this place was just in disrepair. My first thought when entering the room was "people probably get murdered here". I felt I couldn't put my bare feet on the floor. There was mildew around the bathroom. The carpet felt like it had never been cleaned. Half the channels didn't work on the TV. 2/5 elevators working at one time and really really slow. Nearly got stuck in one and had to walk down 17 flights of stairs. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else

The hotel was in a great location, staff was great, the suite was huge. It was outdated and could use a facelift, also no bar or restaurant but you can walk to several. I would stay here again.
