Super nice hotel, the main problem was that the sound levels are a little high. At night I heard a good amount of footsteps from the upper level, but other than that I enjoyed my stay

Let me tell you that the facility looks really nice and clean overall, but all of the extra fees and holds should be mentioned because people need to be prepared, especially in this economy. It creates a hostile atmosphere between the guess and the receptionist that is totally unnecessary. Especially if there is someone else jumping into the conversation that's been taking place and adding to the frustration one is feeling at the moment.

The lady at the front desk put a 100.00 hold without telling me-the website says a "small nominal hold" will be placed for incidentalls. There were small bugs flying around the room-simular to fruit flies. I was way too tired to change rooms, but won't stay there again.

The bed and pillows were covered with hair. There was hair on the bathroom sink. The shower was not clean. The toilet paper holder was broken. The worst was there were fruit flies all over the room. That was disgusting. I left the room, notified the front desk and checked out only after being there for less than an hour. Worst experience ever.

There are two BIG problems with this property and they both involve LYING. One, this property implies that they are near Dulles Airport--they are NOT, they are FOURTEEN MILES away. The BIGGER lie, however, involves their claim that they have shuttle service from the airport. This property does NOT have shuttle service. What they do is call Uber. There's a problem with this: there is only ONE manager who can deal with Uber. Another problem: the property stops Uber service at 10:00 p.m. (I'm imagining this happens because they don't want to bother the ONE manager with late-night calls). This property also gives a LIMITED number of Uber rides--what happens if you are at the hotel longer than they provide Uber rides? This property is in the middle of NOWHERE, with NO other way to get to public transportation. All of this is problematic because the property is NOT honest: they say they have shuttle service, they do NOT. Also, most people expect shuttle service to run 24 hours, not stop at 10:00 p.m.! These lies helped contribute to my trip not being wonderful!
