Pretty much you get what you expect, a mid tier motel. Clean, safe and somewhat close to the town centre this was fine. Nice area around for a walk but probably 20 min walk into the centre of the town.

The bed was super comfy, and staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. However, the water pressure in the shower was worse than a garden hose, no matter what setting was applied on the shower rose. I felt like I was getting cold standing under the hot shower due to the insufficient level of water coming out.

It was a terrible stay as the aircon/heater didn’t work, the door lock was not unlocking from the outside and we had to leave our room unlocked on the Sat night when we went out, the light over the couch didn’t work, and there was no liquid soap in the shower dispenser and no small cakes soap at all in the bathroom. The Manager was unhelpful in offering us another room, even though we understood it was a busy weekend in Warwick, we still felt we should have been offered a discount. There should be a Plan B for Motel hospitality to make ‘seniors’ as guests on a long weekend booking feel safe and comfortable.

Reassured it was wheelie walker friendly - it was not. Room smaller than the advertised picture on-line People in next room sat outside and talked loudly until 10pm Nil staff on site. Staff left at 5pm, on our departure at 10am still no staff. Nil breakfast available

Clean and cozy place to stay. It has everything you need in the room. You could do nothing and stay in room watching Netflix and chill as they have subscribed account ready on the smart TV. The lady at the reception is pretty friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoy the stay and will definitely come back.

Great place for an overnight stay in Warwick. Room was immaculate, huge TV, very effective air conditioner, really clean and lots of nice little touches, like Cold Bottled Water in the fridge, air freshener, tissues, and plenty of power points near the bed for charging phones etc. Very friendly staff and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with everything you may need
We loved our stay! Everything was perfect, the room were really well set with everything you may need, very spacious, bath robes, shampoo conditioners and other great touches. The bed was very comfortable and the manager of reception was really kind and nice. They let us check out at 12 which was greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
