Comfortable room ruined by rowdy party
Room was clean. Very comfortable bed and lovely walk in shower. However, we needed to eat after our long journey and the restaurant was overrun with young children from a football club awards night. The kids were completely running amok, screaming, shouting, running up and down corridors and even at 11.45pm they were still there. Parents oblivious to the really poor behaviour as were hotel staff. We couldn’t use the restaurant or even get a drink because of it. So strange that the hotel allowed hotel guests to be so inconvenienced in this way

Recommend for gigs / football
Came for gig at co-op arena. Excellent very as food outlets all around + pub & hotel bar. Walking distance to team & 20 mins direct to arena - recommend & I’d deffo come again.

Another excellent experience here. A good selection of restaurants nearby, if you do not fancy eating in. Tram to Manchester very easy and regular.

The adjacent Wedding party went a bit wild and spilled out into reception with fighting and aggression .. not nice and staff were not at fault but overwhelmed

Great location just off the tram route to and from Manchester with a good selection of dining options inluding Maccy D's, Five Guys, KFC, Frankie & Bennys, Miller and Carter, etc, plus a cinema and bowling alley. Hotel also has a Starbucks inside.

Perfect for going to a concert at COOP arena- 5 min walk to tram and about. 25min tram ride and you are there. We had a club room which was clean and had a comfy bed. Breakfast was disorganised and chaotic - not enough food and not being replenished quickly. Coffee machine ran out of coffee, orange juice ran out.
