Not a typical hilton. Rooms were good size for NY. Staff werent overtly friendly. Rooms newd maintenance. Tv was playing up, was offered upgrade to smaller room with view. Only 2 elevatora for property with 1 breaking down daily.

Everyone was so nice here! We arrived early, and they stored our luggage and let us use the restroom before exploring the city. They always greeted us when we came in, and they were helpful and accommodating. Also, our room with an Empire State Building view was the highlight of our trip!

Like many of the rooms in NYC, ours was small. The elevators are terrible, during rush hour you can wait 15 minutes easily to be able to get into one. But, by far the worst was the staff, never been in a hotel with such unfriendly staff facing clients, speciallyin the front desk. These guys should rethink their career choice, the hospitality industry is definitely not for them.

Great hotel very close to Madison square Garden! Very clean and what a friendly staff. Will definitely stay again when in town for a game or concert at the Garden.

I was just in NYC for a brief overnight and found this hotel to be clean, comfortable, air conditioned properly and relatively roomy. Would stay there again under similar circumstances without hesitation.

the location of the hotel is fine. the staff ok, not friendly at all but ok. however the lift situation is ridiculous. having to wait 20 minutes on a lift nearly every time you want to go down is a joke.
