Wonderful Stay!!!
This was a great hotel in a wonderful neighborhood. Close to good food and shops. Front desk staff was always attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Close enough to Times Square but far enough away from all the madness.

AC was not working, notified the front desk and was told someone would look at/fix it. No one showed up. Glass was cracked in the shower, room smelled musty due to broken AC. Loud noise in lobby due to renovations which I was not aware of or I would have stayed somewhere else. Will never stay here again.

The furniture was beat up but it was clean. $45 "hotel service fee" in addition to booking price. Over $200 a night and they didn't include a single bottle of water. Very well located but overpriced.

Pros- great location, large room with comfortable bed, helpful staff. Cons- street noise still woke me up through ear plugs and through the noise of the a/c ( I was on the 5th floor facing Lexington Ave)

I was very impressed with this hotel. Very friendly staff, and it was a great location, right next to the Grand Central Station. The room was clean and overall the hotel was well maintained. They had a lovely little restaurant available for room service. They also offered to hold out bags in a secure room, after check out, since our plane wasn’t taking off til the evening.
