In New York , there are so so many hotels and I was so unsure of which hotel to pick . And I’m so grateful I picked The Pearl!!! Right in the heart of the theatre district! Walkable to so many eating options and very literally right next door to a CVS, if you need to pick up snacks or any other little items you might have left at home. The staff was so friendly ! Everyone treated me with kindness ! The room was so nice and clean. I loved the King Suite! So spacious and loved having both a separate tub and shower! I’m definitely booking this hotel again if I’m ever in NYC again!!!

So many bonuses here. Excellent staff. Fixed a squeaky door for us. We made it back for 5:00 wine everyday and enjoyed the banter with the front desk. Conveniently located to Broadway shows. Continental breakfast was an unexpected surprise. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

The Pearl New York is a wonderful hotel. The staff are very professional and courteous. The location is within walking distance to Broadway and Times Square. I love the fact that continental breakfast is included! The room is also a nice size. You really can’t go wrong with booking this hotel!

Great location...walkable (within 15 min) to Central Park on one end and 42nd on the other end. Situated just between Broadway and 8th on 49th street, the location was close enough to the 'action' in Time Square, but quiet enough for a comfortable sleep. The complimentary breakfast was 'ok'. Some warm protein options would have made it perfect! Property was listed as two Queen beds, but they more like double beds.

Overall Terrible experience. Only allowed Late check in 4 pm. , they did not accommodate early check in.check out is before 12 noon, too early compared to other properties in the area. I was abruptly woken by loud noises. We Requested pillows. They had no extra pillows to provide. This was disappointing, as it indicated a lack of proper inventory management and guest care. Do not recommend.
