Staff was very helpful at the check in counter. Best service I’ve got so far. We were able to get room early and nice Bonvoy benefits after indicating we’re members. The only issue I had was the noise from outside especially late in the night. I understand it’s time square and supposed to be noisy. I’d expect W has better construction and materials to block the noise.

Convenient location for visitors to Time Square. Rooms are not bad. Clean and functional. Elevators and common areas feel run down or cramped. Entrance is strange, doesnt feel like a hotel at all. The reception area was noisy - didnt feel like a hotel. It seemed like a club of some sort

The property is completely run down. The wallpapers in the room are chipping off, the shower is rusty and has no pressure. The carpet in the room is dirty. They charge you $30 for better internet but it is the same as everyone. It is the shame because the staff was not as bad. I stayed in many W hotels before, none were that bad. I will never go back or recommend.
