Overall good value. Buffet breakfast good Dinner in restaurant was a large bowl of rice thinly covered by tasty main meal. Poor value. Restaurant staff overwhelmed by billing process. Typical Philippino triplicate system. Took an eternity for bill to arrive and even then it was wrong.

The area is right next to the runway to NAIA terminal 3, and is a great place to stay if you need to layover for a day. The only issue is the long lines for breakfast and the early closing times for the rooftop pool/bar area. But you can always go newport mall if these are issues. Overall, very clean and convenient place to stay.

Excellent staff near NAIA. If you're accustomed to executive room/suite this is not the place for you. Meager mediocre morning menu, limited restaurant menu,very small dining area. I've never had to que up for a meal in a 4 or 5 star facility. Rooms are clean very small, refrigerator barren as a desert. Obviously, caters to domestic clientele not international travelers. My wife and I are permanent residents. I would not hesitate to recommend to domestic travelers on a budget. Its just not mycup of tea.

The hotel staff is the best! Mart Topacio one of the restaurants manager is the hardest working person at the hotel keeping the staff happy and the customers fed with delicious food. I can say enough good about security staff Mike, Dennis and Derilo the k9 handeler. Best stay ever!!!
