Slow service overall, did several requests using different methods , 1st did the online request, then called the front desk, then finally requested in person when seen housekeeping in the hallway. Slow service during the buffet breakfast, they don’t refill the buffet, and so if you don’t get there early, most food will be gone. When staff was asked, was told that it was all gone.

We had to call housekeeping to request for towels, and bathroom amenities. The hotel is already dated and needs to be renovated. We paid in advance our breakfast upon check in but when we were checking out, it was not reflected on their system and the front desk guy Jigs, asked me to pay for it unless i produce the receipt as proof. I had to go up back to our room escorted by the staff so i can retrieve the torn receipt in the trash can! Good that i disposed the receipt the night before checking out or else i dont have any proof that i paid for it! Jigs told me its because i used my mastercard so its not in the system! What a flimsy lie!
