Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a pedestal sink and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a pedestal sink and walk-in shower.

• Parking stalls available for 2 vehicles with additional parking for 1 vehicle in the lot. Parking passes are required and will be provided in-home upon arrival.

Mashpee is a town on Cape Cod known for its natural beauty, including sandy beaches, views of Nantucket Sound and Vineyard Sound, and four of the largest freshwater ponds on Cape Cod. • To use the private beach, you must bring the Beach Flag with you. You will not be allowed access without it. If the Flag goes missing or lost, please note that guests will have to pay a $500 replacement fee.
