Great location w/ free parking.
Great location, free parking in parking deck right next door, was able to check in hours early as hotel was not busy at all. You can picture this hotel in its heyday but has definitely seen better times. Staff was friendly. Comfortable walk all over the business district and to the river walk and various restaurants. Downside: its like a ghost town. Restaurant is closed. Pool is closed. No food options. Vending machines that only sometimes worked for us. Ice machine not working on our floor. I never saw anyone other hotel guests! Overall, we will stay again. Its in a prime location for a great price. Affordability and convenience mean the most to me. And checking in at noon was amazing. My teen thought that it gave creepy abandoned hotel vibes that he is into ...especially in the dark wood elevators and the old era music playing as we walked around with no other guest in sight lol.

Weekend stay
Service was great. Friendly staff. However, we had to switch rooms because the air conditioning did not work and the room we moved to had the same problem. It blew out cold air, but it was an awful, loud noise that made it difficult to sleep.

Just an old worn out hotel needing renovation. No food or drink except 4 vending machines. Water literally did not drain in tub. So tub could never be cleaned. Carpet coming up and dirty. Ice machines only worked on 3 and 8 floor. You could tell this used to be a very nice hotel with event rooms, dining and bar service maybe in the 1980’s. Staff were super nice. Great location with free parking.

Always sty here when visiting family but it has really deteriorated. Arrived and signed into an uncleaned room. Front desk was helpful and got another room. There for 3 days and no houskeeping seen ever. No clean towels. Many stained. Drains very slow in bathroom. Ice maker not working. Told to go to 3rd floor for ice (on 7th) Pool hasnt opened in years. It’s a shame. The only good part was the staff. Very nice
