Had a twin bed room. Beds were excellent. nice and firm. Room was quiet. Also had open windows in bedroom and the bathroom. This is rare for a hotel room. This meant didn't have to have the air conditioner so a quieter room plus nicer for sleeping. Continental breakfast was also good. Clean breakfast area.

I would like to make a suggestion Supply face washers to use in the shower Even though a mistake of giving a card with my room number and having the poor lady enter my room while I was sleeping which was quite scary Staff rectified the problem but a bit difficult when I had to find my drivers license and room key to prove I was the guest in the room

Room was extremely small compared to the cost. No place to keep luggage and we had to open on the floor. Once opened there was no space and had to hop around. House keeping was bad, didn’t make up the bed nor clean the carpet properly. Soap dispenser for bath was empty and not filled during housekeeping, hand towel was lying on the floor.
