This bespoke two bedroom plus study apartment is an escape from the city in the heart of the city. We do not have a carspace in the building but have a carpark nearby (7 minute walk) should you need a carspace which is complimentary.
There is currently construction works on the site next to us. We have no control over this but we would like to be upfront with our guests. Construction hours are M-F (7.30am - 5pm) and Saturdays are 8.30am-3pm.

Study: 1 sofa bed (double bed size) which can sleep 2. Please note the study walls are framed perspex, they are not as soundproof as standard walls.

The two spacious and tranquil bedrooms are soaked in natural light and comprehensively fitted with mirrored robes; while a separate study offers an adaptable space to suit your needs.

Our building lift is being upgraded from 5 February - 28 May 2024. During this time, the apartment can still be accessed via the fire stair (we are on Level 1). Our rates during this period have been discounted to reflect this inconvenienvc.
Worth nothing that while the apartment is generally quiet , it is located centrally in the city and guests should be aware that there will be noise from city life (bin collection on some mornings, night life, people on the streets, etc). If you have any specific concerns, feel free to get in touch with us.
For guests which have less than three 5-star reviews, we do request that a $200 security deposit is made and that photo ID is provided. The deposit is released within 72 hours of checkout if everything is in good order.
If guests stay duration is longer than 10 days, a complimentary house keeping service is provided at the half way for change of towels and general cleaning. This is to assist with reducing the possibility of an extreme clean at the end. This will be coordinated with the Guest for a suitable time.
There is no air conditioning but the apartment remains relatively cool due to it's location in a lane. There is a tower fan in the living area and mini desk fans in the bedrooms if it does get too warm.
Please be advised that once your reservation is confirmed, we kindly request all photo ID of guest making the booking, guest names and contact number of adults staying. This is to assist us with preventing fraudulent bookings and part of our security measures. We understand if you would prefer not to provide so but we respectfully will have to decline your booking to stay.
