nice apartment
I loved the apartment it is close to everything. it’s very convenient to have a washer and dryer in it. But the kitchen needs an update in cleaning and better cookwares. It’s difficult for smaler cars to park in front of the apartment because there is a steep step to get over it. But all together I would rent it again.

Ideally situated for walking into St Kilda, and all its amenities, and reaching tram stops into Melbourne. Lovely walks through the park to the beach and shops. Nice apartment, just right for the two of us.

Great little apartment
Enjoyed our stay in this small but comfortable apartment. Washing machine and tumble drier was invaluable for our long stay. Cooking facilities adequate but did not use. Very comfortable settee and Queen size bed. Bathroom & shower fine. Outdoor space ok but dusty & gets lots of debris from bamboo in next house. Only sat out once Bedding very faded from obvious constant laundering. Quilt cover & pillowcases not as bright as picture on website and need replacing. Pillows need replacing had to buy our own. It was a bit tired looking and needs updating/refreshing. Be warned the curb from the cobbled lane to the parking spot outside the apartment was quite high for low bodied vehicles. The area is lovely just down the road from beautiful St Kilda Botanical Gardens and close to Acland Street. (Coles express brilliant and 1 hours free parking) Jonathan the Property Manager was always on hand if you have any issues (which we did) he did his best to resolve them.

Good location. Property is much smaller than expected. Suffers from damp and it shows. Terrace is a back yard. Cooker has old fashioned solid electric hobs. It’s all fine just not as good as described. Everything felt it could do with a refresh.
