The hotel room was immaculate and the room cleaners were absolutely fantastic and very friendly. However we only had 2 towels and 2 cups for 4 people, the air conditioner did not work the whole time were we there which made it impossible to sleep, it was cool outside however the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. The iron didn’t work,it would heat up and turn off once hot. Parking was expensive and cost far more than the parking station beside it $14 per night for the weekend versus $35.00 for the hotel. We had paid in advance otherwise we would not have parked there. I was quite disappointed as the Holiday inn at Mascot is impeccable.

I didnt like the fact that we had to pay $35 for parking ,for the price you pay to stay for the night, it should have included free parking, other than that l rate this motel highly, the continental free breakfast included in the price was great, the dining area and different choice of what you can have for breakfast was awesome. The $50 security deposit you have to leave when you 1st check in should be refundable when you checkout, you should not have to wait 5-10 days for that to be refunded back into your account, that is poor management on the motels behalf.

Nice room but room service was really bad and reception staff on level 2 were ordinary at best. Parking concept was very average and staff did not explain it properly. Kitchen staff worked hard but breakfast was lukewarm.Room was very good and the staff member who got the tv going for us was excellent. Top location

The accessibility of the bathroom was great but unfortunately the size of the bedroom made using my wheelchair difficult due to the lack of space around the bed A comfortable chair would of been great instead of sitting on the bed Was very difficult to close the blind with a large table in the way

Modern, Well priced and Excellent Location in CBD
Great location, just a few minutes walk from Southern Cross Station and easy walk to various shopping areas. Hotel seems quite new, and rooms were modern and functional. Free breakfast is OK, but very hectic and crowded. More coffee machines and tables would help. Also breakfast is only open 7am on weekends, which we missed out one day due to an early travel schedule.

Overall it was an okay stay. To even find reception you have to go to the 2nd floor. There is a sign outside 2 lifts saying to go up to the 2nd floor. These lifts don’t work and you need to go around the corner to other lifts. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was clean but really small. Breakfast was okay.If you want eggs, scrambled was the only choice and they weren’t good. The coffee is not great either. The biggest problem was paying for parking at the hotel and being directed to the car park. I scanned the QR code, filled out the info and the concierge asked if I was parked out the front. I said yes. He said it was just down the road. We parked in the only carpark we could see. Wrong one! Paid for parking when we left.

Rooms were within the standards of a hotel that was built in 2022 . However rooms didn’t contain the basic of toiletries, you have to request them?! Breakfast was below average, do not get lured by the concept of free breakfast it’s a trap. It was absolutely disastrous! Front desk staff were lovely
