Great position
The accommodation was good. Great view, excellent position. Check in instructions were confusing. We did manage to find the accommodation but needed help from others to gain access. The apartment could have been cleaner- pan in cupboard was not washed after last use and laundry area has not been cleaned in a while. There were no teaspoons and not enough glassware or plates for the size of the apartment. Overall a lovely apartment that could be fantastic if a little more attention was paid to detail.

The good, the not-so-good, and the ugly
The Good: Location is outstanding and view is amazing! Tons within walking distance or public transport. The basics work great - bathrooms are really nice, washer/dryer/iron works, and the internet streams great. The Not-So-Good: Amenities are weird - one dishcloth, dishwasher / no detergent. Even though the space is advertised for 4 people, there is only seating for 3, and it's bad. There's a small table with 3 rigid chairs, and then a single (uncomfortable) couch that fits 3, as long as no one spreads out too much. If you're looking for a place to put your feet up after a day's walk, this really isn't the place for you. The Ugly: Property management (Optinest) is offsite, and by offsite I mean possibly on the moon. They only communicate (slowly) through text & email (primarily text). As the listing describes, they want the funds wired outside of VRBO. The check-in service was a disaster involving being asked to leave the key drop point because I was loitering (waiting for texts from optinest since the keys weren't there) and using google translate to barely communicate with the cleaners. Most importantly, if there is an emergency, there is no evening emergency number from 8pm until 9am the next day. When the fire alarm started beeping, we had no support from property management. If we had locked ourselves out of the apartment at night instead of day, we would have been out on the street. If you need active property management, this is not the place for you.

Nice place
The apartment is simple and the view is AMAZING!! We enjoyed our stay here. Great shower pressure. Washer and dryer. Grocery store right below. Close to everything Melbourne has to offer. Also, every person I dealt with to book this apartment was extremely friendly even down to the men working at the ez mart where I got and dropped off the keys (seemed weird to me but all went smoothly). Thank you!!

The view from the apartment is stunning, and the accommodation is very comfortable. Having 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms was perfect for two friends staying together. The location is wonderful too!

Great clean and comfortable apartment, perfect location, great views
It’s a great apartment in a great location with fantastic views and very comfortable. Easy access to Vic Market, Spencer Street, other CBD areas and Docklands via free tram zone or walks. We enjoyed the apartment and our stay very much. Couple of opportunities for improving are, if the apartment is advertised as the ‘luxury” apartment is very sparsely fitted out for longer stays as far as kitchenware and cooking goes and we ended up having to buy quite a bit as we were there for several weeks, would recommend property manager connects with long stay tenants at least weekly. Property concierge process has pretty low end customer service and unfriendly which also impacted getting deliveries in a timely fashion.

The apartment was amazing and I would book again if ever in Melbourne. The only issue we had was the communication didn't mention what level the apartment was on and I had to call the host at almost an inappropriate time at night.
