Lack of staff. On arrival nobody explained facilities or guidance to the room. Friday breakfast just after 9am most of the hot breakfast food was cold. A very expensive breakfast for $38 $6 dollars for coffee. At 930 pm on Friday the housekeeping and room service didn’t answer the phones. On check out nobody asked if assistance for taxi Uber or anything was wanted. A clear lack of staff and staff training. R Richards

The location is good with easy access to Flagstaff Gardens, Melbourne Central and Queen Victoria Market. The bed wasn't very comfortable and I felt the decor was dated. The grout in the bathroom was very dirty/mouldy which put me off. The check in process was straight forward and the staff were very nice.

The Radisson on Flagstaff was well priced for the exceptional level of service that we received from the very helpful staff here. Unlike many city hotels, there was no outside noise at night, which was a bonus. The Standard room had a lovely view, a comfy king size bed, and the bath that we had requested. Check in and out was painless and quick. The buffet breakfast was good, not the best we've had, but good nonetheless. I would highly recommend The Radisson on Flagstaff as a great stay in the wonderful City of Melbourne!

The room was dusty, toilet basin was smelly and dirty the whole room was old and smelly and dusty. I spend most of my time on lobby cause every time i went to my room felt suffocating and felt like im in a donjon it was that small and suffocating and on top of that for 2 nights i paid $600 which was too much for what i got. Wont go back to this hotel not a very good experience.

The Radisson Hotel in Melbourne had a convenient location with easy access to key areas, which was a definite plus. However, the overall experience was average. The lack of pool facilities was a disappointment, and the spa was quite small. The breakfast buffet left much to be desired—there were limited options, and food and drinks were not replenished promptly. It felt inconvenient to have to continuously ask the staff for refills. While the staff was polite, the service could certainly be more proactive. It’s a reasonable option for a short stay if location is your priority, but improvements in facilities and service would make it a better experience.

Overall great stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Convenient location. Property is old but well maintained. Buffet breakfast is overpriced for the options provided. Complete buffet vs continental breakfast didn’t make logical sense as both were over priced for limited options. Realized next door hotels and restaurants offered better spread at much lower prices. Something for your management to consider. Would be good to provide coin based in-house washing machine and dryer option.
