Rang the number we were told to ring, had no idea about our booking that we booked in April 2017. After an hour of not knowing who we were and where we were supposed to be , another room in another hotel was given. His was very stressful and not a good way to begin our holiday. This reflects badly on Wotif , how did this happen and why?

We stayed 5 nights but didn't get a room service. Apartment was very central though. Walking distance to gardens and great shopping.

Family holiday so location was great, close to transport attractions and amenities. Pool , spa, gym and sauna a bonus. Self contained apartment suitable for families and a very competitive pricing.

Great location & view!
Great location on Collins st. Close to facilities & local attractions. Tram stops directly out the front. Train station across the road. Walking distance to most places, plenty of food choices & supermarkets close by. Fantastic view of city & surrounds. Clean rooms with full kitchen facilities, great for a family. Comfy queen sized beds & super comfy pillows!! 2 bathrooms also very good! The only issues we had were parking which was very expensive if any available. Great hotel if you don't have a car with you. Parking not available on site anymore, so street parking or local car parks. The pool was very cold, therefore unable to use it. Check in ok as we knew prior what we needed to do, but girl at check in could be more helpful. Able to communicate via email, & get adequate information/reply.

good apartment great view, tram stop outside door, good location to everything. hard to get hold of reception not very good communication with them. No onsite reception had to get keys from grocery store downstairs. Other than that I would probably stay there again

Great location, Great Apartment, Great Views
The premises was perfect for our family of four. We spent a lot of time in St Kilda so the location with the tram stops out the front was perfect. We could still walk into the heart of the city also. The apartment was modern and had amazing views. Will definitely stay again.

The tower sways in the wind, and the gib board (aka dry wall, aka sheet rock) creaks. Couldn't sleep with the noise of it. We were only on the 39th floor so must be worse up in the 50s and 60s. Also the check in procedure is very bad. We get an email a few days in advance with an instruction to pick up the key from the convenience store at the base (how dodgy is that) and the guy at the store had no record of us coming. I had to pull out the e-mail to prove it to him.

Wasn't informed where to pick up key. Went to managers apartment after following someone in, he told us to ring Wotif. We did and they said to pick up key from easymart. manager could have told us that. Bad communication.

Easy collection of key (EzyMart shop at the entry door). Fantastic 'city' views. A corner apartment - had good full length windows in bedrooms. narrow balcony - great to have open air /space so high up. narrow living / kitchen / dining area, large bathroom - huge shower. I would stay again.

Magnificent views. Everything is at easy reach.
Fantastic view in Apt 4811. Shame that the air con units are backed onto the main bedroon for 2 apartments, ours was turned off although sounded like a jet plane in your room all night (so had very little sleep each night). Very easy access to public transport, shopping & restaurants.

nice new room, stunning view, great spot!
other than a bit of a muck around with the parking, which was sorted out in about 15 minutes, we loved our stay, the room was new and clean and had everything we needed and more! the view from our floor was amazing and it was in a great spot close to the aquarium, southbank and other things we wanted in the city. having access to the gym, pool, spa and sauna was fantastic and the beds were comfy!
