Lots of communication via mobile text which was great. The cleanliness was very poor during this state of the Coronavirus situation. All door handles being stainless steel and the fridge door were very dirty with fingerprints, the bedlinen did not look very clean and we wondered if it had been changed, the bathmat once wet smelt like urine and there were towels covering the stained red sofa, a bit offputting so we definitely won't be staying here again.

Stained couch. Had to vacuum some areas myself. Room smelt musty and stale (had to buy air freshener). We booked for six people, and insufficient towels were provided. It was not clear that this is a private apartment being leased out in a larger private city building /complex. The check in experience was odd, and the condition requirements of the room on check out (including putting rubbish out ourselves) was a bit high.

Cosy apartment can host up to 7 persons when the sofabed is used, that'll be very low cost per person. Really in Melbourne center as name said. Close to Melbourne Central train station/shopping center and many tram stop. Easy to visit nearly every thing by walking. Quick response. Definately recommend to all travellers.

Ok for a short stay good location and close to shopping you could basically walk through all the shopping complexes to get to bourke street. Apartment was fine a one bedroom unit. Dishes were still in dishwasher when arrived and there is an expectation that you will clean prior to leaving. Communication could have been better - had difficultly on arriving to find out how to get into the apartment - later saw they had sent me an email - ok if you check emails regularly. Internet did not work.

Flight to Melbourne delayed. Arrived after 6pm so had to pick up keys down the road which was not convenient with luggage. Sofa bed is not a bed, it’s a leather couch. 2 towels for 3 people. Booked through Wotif so assumed was apartment hotel but was privately owned. Clean and tidy.
