The room is really hot. They do not even have a fan. A fan is a must. In addition the sexual noises after dark, of your neighbors will make your sleeping difficult. But, if you are open minded you will be fine. 🙂

It is conveniente for solo traveller. Keep in mind it is an adult hotel and there might be some sounds from others guests’s rooms. There is no elevator inside the building, so near that if you are traveling with trolleys. I stayed one night, everything was good and as expected. No complaints at all. Thank you guys

I have stayed at the property many times so I knew what to expect. It is not new but is in good condition and clean. Very basic place. There are a few good places to eat in San Rafael nearby and its close to both Normal and San Cosme metro stations. Be aware at this type of property it is unusual for your trash to be emptied, bed made, towels changed during your stay unless you specifically request it as needed. The desk clerks tend to be friendly. No or very little English spoken.

Be aware
The hotel is in very good condition and the room was great. Thursday night was fine, but be aware that many couples rent rooms on the weekend and apparently they're auditioning for porn films.

Es una muy buena opción en relación calidad precio, la cama muy cómoda, buena ubicación, y buena atención del personal. Las desventajas son que las paredes son muy delgadas y se escucha ruido de los demás cuartos y las toallas de nuestro cuarto estaban rotas. Pero realmente no me quejo porque por el precio fue una excelente opción.

Excellent location close enough by taxi or uber to the zoo and museums. The restaurants around the hotel are good, especially the taco place rightvacross rhe street, and oxxo is right there too.

La señora que estuvo en recepción, con una actitud déspota, pague mi reservación, llego habitación es matrimonial, yo reserve king, bajo a recepción y me di e que no hay king pero si me cobro con precio de king. Qculpo a la plataforma expedida. Entro a la plataforma veo que dice si hay disponible king vuelvo a reservar y me da otra habitación pero aumento 200pesos más. En fin pague Y mis acompañantes qué tenían q mostrar todos ine. Porque menores de edad no pasan. Entonces niños no dejan entrar hay no se ojalá pueda el dueño hacer revisión en el servicio
